Step into Boston's past like never before with the Relive 1776: See Boston's History in Augmented Reality (AR) experience. This 2-hour tour takes you along The Freedom Trail, where history comes alive through cutting-edge AR technology. Watch key events from 1765 to 1775 unfold right before your eyes at historic sites, with figures and artifacts appearing as if they've traveled from the past.
Using tablets and AR headsets provided by us, you'll interact with history in a way that’s both fun and educational. For three major moments, you'll wear an AR headset that uses hand-tracking technology, allowing you to operate a revolutionary war-era cannon or explore other interactive scenes. It’s a hands-on way to experience history that’s perfect for all ages.
